an "AgriTourisim" farm that could host and accommodate city families for limited periods of time... weekends, holidays, vacation times, etc.
There may be a number of small farms and acreages in your community area and still close to your town, as well as reasonable close to a major metro area that would be very practical as the AgriTourism Farm.
Activities could include (but not limited to) fishing, horse back riding, hiking trails, go-cart tracks, miniture golf, archery, snowmobiling, ATV trails, etc.
Perhaps a club house that could offer year-round activities that could further include billards, darts, entertainment (local & big name), dances, etc.
